Maj Gen Paul Bielowicz, USAF (ret)

Mr. Bielowicz has 32 years of operational aircraft maintenance expertise. Air Staff, DOD, Joint, Major Command, Unified Command and Air Logistics Center Commander experience. Upon retirement, Mr. Bielowicz joined a large defense contractor serving as Senior Vice President of the Professional Services Group. In that capacity, he provided leadership and management of strategic business units encompassing engineering and supportability, medical support, and training/e-learning operations for one of the top fifty fastest growing businesses in America. DOD APDP Program Management Level IIl and DOD APDP Acquisition Logistics Level III certification. Current Top Secret/SCI clearance.

SES Garry Richey, USAF (ret)

Mr. Richey’s federal service career spans 35 years of service with over 33 years in the civil service for the Air Force. He served as Executive Director of the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center and led the Logistics staff (Director/Deputy) at three different Major Air Commands, where he had program management, supply chain, and contracting and acquisition responsibilities. He led the USAF bid team for the Propulsion Business Area workload from the closing Kelly AFB, winning the largest public-private depot maintenance competition in USAF history. He consults with businesses as well as senior DoD officials regarding organizational issues, supply chain strategies, depot maintenance issues and performance improvement opportunities. He holds APDP Level III certification in Program Management and Acquisition Logistics. Current Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Brig Gen Carl “Ferris” Buhler, USAF (ret)

Mr. Buhler served twice as an Air Force Major Command Logistics Director (PACAF & ACC) and commanded the Ogden ALC (Hill AFB), 78th Air Base Wing (Robins AFB) & the 379th Expeditionary Maintenance Group (Southwest Asia). He also served at the Pentagon in Legislative Liaison & as the AF Deputy Director of Logistics Resource Integration. Additionally, he was the Director of Business Development at DSCR (now DLA-Aviation). Carl served 28-plus years on active duty with the Air Force and has extensive logistics, aircraft maintenance & munitions experience. During his career, he served as the USAF “Thunderbirds” maintenance officer and is a combat-proven leader, deploying to Operations DESERT STORM (cease-fire phase), IRAQI FREEDOM, & ENDURING FREEDOM. He currently serves on two advisory boards and consults with businesses on aircraft maintenance, technology, SBIR, depot, production, & supply. Certified APDP Level I (Program Mgmt) and holds a Business Consultant Certificate. Current Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Col Jeff Snyder, USAF (ret)

Mr. Snyder has 30 years of operational aircraft maintenance experience with extensive expertise in tactical aircraft maintenance, maintenance training, and weapons system bed-down. A graduated maintenance squadron and group commander, Mr. Snyder is well known as a subject matter expert on Air Force aircraft maintenance policy having served 5 years on the ACC A4 staff as Aircraft Maintenance Policy division chief. Upon retirement, Mr. Snyder became a consultant for a large defense contractor, where he provided in-depth assessments of several site maintenance operations as well as subject matter expertise for proposal development. Current Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Col Rick Jones, USAF (ret)

Mr. Jones has 29 years of operational aircraft maintenance experience with extensive expertise in tactical aircraft maintenance and weapons system management. Air Combat Command lead for all fighters and bombers. Air Staff, Major Command and System Program Office experience. A graduated maintenance squadron and group commander, Mr. Jones was the Air Combat Command lead consultant on Operations and Maintenance matters. Upon retirement, Mr. Jones consulted for two large defense contractors and started a logistics-focused Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. DOD APDP Acquisition Logistics Level II certification. Current Top Secret/SCI clearance.
